As the decorations fade and the weather gets colder, we all start looking into ways of enforcing that New Year resolution of being a healthier better version of ourselves over the coming months. So, what are the options available for you this January 2015?

Over the past few weeks, there has been an increasing interest in the health benefits associated with a whole foods approach to dieting and lifestyle. This has also been aided by the ‘revelation/revolution’ of the fact that sugar is the enemy - something we here at Natural Low Carb Store advocate as the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle.  

So, if you are still unsure as to what approach you should be taking towards a healthier you over the coming months, we highly recommend you join us between the 4th and 11th of January at the Unconventional Weight Loss Convention to hear our founder Hannah talk about why we get fat and why counting calories does not help the situation. Suz has managed to lose a lot of weight when she first changed to a paleo diet a few years ago, but has struggled to lose the remainder. She’s written about her struggle on her blog The Paleo Network, and has had hundreds of comments and emails from people also struggling to lose weight, despite following all of the standard advice.

So, to help anyone who wants to finally resolve their New Year’s resolution of losing weight and becoming healthier, she has organised this great online event bringing together individuals from various areas of health to help people address their personal situation in a holistic manner.
