Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

A luxurious alternative to the old favourite of scrambled eggs.
Carbohydrate content; 0.4g per serving
- 2 eggs
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 30g smoked salmon, sliced
- salt & pepper
- Beat the eggs, milk, butter, salt & pepper together.
- Pour into a non-stick pan over a medium heat and stir until almost set.
- Add the sliced smoked salmon and continue stirring until fully cooked.
