Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Summary

A luxurious alternative to the old favourite of scrambled eggs.
Serves: 1
Carbohydrate content; 0.4g per serving

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 30g smoked salmon, sliced
  • salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, milk, butter, salt & pepper together.
  2. Pour into a non-stick pan over a medium heat and stir until almost set.
  3. Add the sliced smoked salmon and continue stirring until fully cooked.
