Garlic Prawns

Summary
Ideal tasty finger foods when you are entertaining.
Serves 4
Carbohydrate content; 1.3g per serving

Ingredients
  • 150g prawns
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 dried red chillies
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic, dried chilli and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Fry over a medium - low heat for about a minute until the garlic begins to colour very slightly.
  3. Immediately tip the prawns into the pan, increase the heat and fry for about 1.5 minutes on each side, until they turn bright red and opaque.
  4. Serve the prawns with a little chopped parsley and drizzle over the garlic-infused oil from the pan.
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge.
