Herb Chicken

A one-pan chicken dish that is bursting with flavour.
Serves 1
Carbohydrate content: 1.1g per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme or fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken with some olive oil, butter and garlic with salt. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Just before it’s ready, shake the dried thyme over the chicken and serve with green vegetables.
