A one-pan chicken dish that is bursting with flavour.
Carbohydrate content: 1.1g per serving
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried thyme or fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- Rub the chicken with some olive oil, butter and garlic with salt. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Just before it’s ready, shake the dried thyme over the chicken and serve with green vegetables.
