Cheese Sauce

Summary
The ultimate cheese sauce. No nasty starches or sugars, just as it should be.
Serves 2
Carbohydrate content; 1.8g per recipe
Ingredients
  • 100ml double cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 40g extra mature cheddar, grated
Instructions
  1. Heat up the cream slowly on the stove.
  2. Add the grated cheese, and when melted add the mustard for flavour.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
