Cauliflower Mash

Summary
A low carb alternative to mash potato, especially great if you find the celeriac mash too strong in flavour.
Serves 1
Carbohydrate content; 5.1g per serving
Ingredients
  • 150g cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • 40g cheese
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the cauliflower until it turns soft.
  2. Drain well and add in all the other ingredients.
  3. Puree with a hand blender and serve.
