Dipped Strawberries

Summary
A classic chocolaty dessert that can be added to the end of any low carb dinner.
Serves 2
Carbohydrate content; 5.5g per serving
Ingredients
  • 50g strawberries
  • 50g dark chocolate (85%+ cocoa), grated
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate by putting it in a bowl over some boiling water.
  2. When the chocolate has fully melted, dip the strawberries in by holding the stalks.
  3. Once the strawberry is covered in the chocolate, place it on a piece of parchment paper and leave it to cool in a fridge.
  4. Serve.
