A simple, fast and tasty steak recipe.
Serves: 1
Carbohydrate content: 0.25g of carbs per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 large steak
  • 125ml red wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, salt and red wine.
  2. Leave for an hour and then barbecue or fry until cooked to your liking.
  3. Heat the marinade in a pan, pour over the steak and serve.
