A simple, fast and tasty steak recipe.
Carbohydrate content: 0.25g of carbs per serving
- 1 large steak
- 125ml red wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, salt and red wine.
- Leave for an hour and then barbecue or fry until cooked to your liking.
- Heat the marinade in a pan, pour over the steak and serve.
