Sage and Onion Stuffing

You can’t have Christmas dinner without this delicious stuffing recipe.
Serves: 2
Carbohydrate content: 0.54g per serving (1.08g for the whole dish)

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 200g sausage meat
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Season with salt and pepper then use to stuff the turkey.
