Using British mustard in a rich creamy sauce we cook chunks of pork for a very traditional dish – delicious with braised cabbage or sautéed courgettes.

Ingredients: Pork (45%), Single Cream, Water, Shallots, Maize Starch, Wholegrain Mustard (3%), Vegetable Stock, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic & spices.
